We want you to love your purchase. If you don't, here are our policies.

Original paintings

• 14 days from delivery.
• The piece must be in its original condition, undamaged.
• Commissions and custom pieces are not eligible.

Handmade jewelry

• 14 days from delivery.
• Unworn and in the original packaging.
• Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible.

Prints and stickers

• 7 days from delivery, undamaged and unused.

Digital products

Downloaded digital products cannot be returned. If a file has a problem, write to us and we will fix it.

Process

• Write to us with your order number, the reason and photos if relevant.
• We will send you return shipping instructions.
• Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

• Issued through the original payment method (PayPal, SINPE or bank transfer).
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for damaged or defective items.

Damaged items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the product. We offer a replacement, repair or full refund including shipping.
